Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on any plan. We do ask for a credit card up front, but you won't be charged until your trial ends on day 15. Cancel anytime before then and you walk away — no bill, no awkward email chain.
Can I cancel anytime?
One click in Settings. No phone calls, no retention agents, no "are you sure" loops. If you're on an annual plan, you get a prorated refund for the unused months.
Do you charge per user?
Each plan includes a set number of users — Starter 1, Pro 2, Team 5. Need more? Add extra users for $15/mo each on any plan. No surprise invoices when your team grows.
Are estimates really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan. Send 5 a month or 500 — same price. We don't cap the feature that makes you money.
What's a Smart Estimate?
A Smart Estimate is when our AI builds a full estimate from a satellite roof measurement — squares, pitch, materials, the whole thing — in seconds. Each plan includes a set number per month (Starter 5, Pro 10, Team 20). Need more? The Roof Intelligence add-on gives you unlimited Smart Estimates for $29/mo.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account for 60 days after cancellation. You can export everything to CSV or PDF anytime. After 60 days, we permanently delete it — because keeping your data hostage isn't a business model we're interested in.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The app is fully mobile-responsive — works in any browser on iOS, Android, iPad, laptop, desktop. No app to install. No version updates to miss.
Do you integrate with QuickBooks?
Not yet — it's on the roadmap. For now, you can export invoices to CSV and import them into QuickBooks manually. If this is a dealbreaker, we totally understand.
Do I need Roof Intelligence if I don't do roofing?
Nope. It's a roofing-only add-on. If you're a painter, electrician, HVAC tech, or anything else — ignore it entirely. We didn't want to bake the cost of a roofing tool into the price for people who don't need it.
Do you take a cut of my Stripe payments?
No. Stripe charges their standard rate (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction — paid by you or your customer, your choice). We don't take a penny on top.
